Being an agriculturist, I love to read about foods and fruits and share the knowledge gained on health benefits of vegetables and fruits. Fruits, vegetable and spices are rich in antioxidants that help our body prevent and fight deadly diseases such as CVD, cancer, diabetes, blood pressure etc.There is misconception that only few fruits (like apples) are beneficial to health. However, all the fruits have some beneficial effect to health and should be eaten in optimum quantities during the season of their availability. Beside fruits, turmeric, garlic, ginger, cardamom are used in almost each and every Indian reciepe and all these items have specific use in protecting human body from different diseases. Beside I have penned few technical articles for researchers to help them use MS Excel for showing CD/LSD in the graphs and CropStat for analysis of data from Agricultural Field Experiments.
